I have to give a review of this company. I am going to start with Danielle. This lady is amazing; she will take the time to answer all your questions pleasantly. My serviceman Ramirez is amazing; he took his time to let me know that I was cutting my grass too low, that I was cutting out all the vitamins, and that my grass would burn. I have been using Lawn Doctor for a few months after trying to take care of it myself and they have been amazing. Karen, from Lawn Dr, has been the one taking care of my yard and she has been amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating with what is going on and what I can do to help my lawn. I also know that if I have any questions, I can text her and she will respond. Starting with my 1st phone call, I was impressed. I had a few questions regarding the process and expected outcome. It made me feel much more confident to hear, “I am not sure of the answer, but will get it and call you back”. The liquid aeration was done on the scheduled day and I received a message when everything had been completed. The billing was super easy. I will use Lawn Doctor this fall for core aeration. ~ BK S
